Many people suffer from accidental living.
What do I mean by that? Accidental living is when you live by default rather than by design. Somewhere along the way, you get so caught up in the details of life that you forget to be intentional.
What happens when we live this way is that time goes on, life goes by, and one day, we wake up and wonder how we got to where we are today. Sometimes we like the view, but sometimes we feel like there should be something more.

Don't worry! I've got 3 tried-and-true steps for you to take to reach your goals.
Step 1: Set SMART Goals
Successful goals have 5 main components. They're Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. A good example of a SMART goals is: I will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8 - 9 A.M. for 20 minutes to build my endurance for a relay race I am participating in.
Step 2: Define Your WHY
When you define your WHY for your goals, you will be more likely to achieve it. Remember the example in Step 1? Here is an example of adding your WHY to your goal.
"I will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8 - 9 A.M. for 20 minutes to build my endurance for a relay race I am participating in for my kids fundraiser in 4 weeks."
Step 3: Visualize
To be successful in reaching your goal, it's important to visualize yourself on each step of the journey. Make sure you can really see yourself as your are now, and how you will feel once you reach your destination.

Most women are living by unspoken rules they got from their families or picked up somewhere along the way.
They make these rules their beliefs and then live in their false self.
