The old rules kept us climbing someone else’s ladder.

Bold visibility. Consistent presence. Leadership that claims the room instead of waiting for permission.

“How to grow my business without burning out”

That’s the gap.
They don’t care about your ICF, PCC, or NBC-HWC.

They care about:

Their inconsistent income
Their fear they’re not cut out for this

Credentials don’t close that gap. Transformation does.

The pattern is always the same:

Coach shows expertise, handles every objection, and controls the conversation.
Prospect says 10 words.
Call ends with "I`ll think about it."

See, we`re taught to dominate sales calls.

But selling has two objectives nobody teaches:

1. Empathy – listen more than you talk
2. Decision – help them decide what`s right for THEM

I learned this with a nervous coach who kept hesitating.
Old me would`ve pushed the "limited spots" angle.

New me? I shut up and listened.
The more she talked, the more she convinced herself.

No pressure tactics needed.
Just patience and genuine care.

She signed up that day.
Not because I sold her.
Because I served her.

The shift is simple:
Stop trying to convince people who aren`t ready.
