I probably shouldn`t be telling you this.

But I really do have a terrible track record with secrets and if you`ve read my book, you already know that about me.

There`s a sale coming tomorrow for Ready for the Room. Twenty-four hours. $25 off. First five women only.

That`s all I`m saying. Watch this space.

I once coached a woman who had expanded her scope every year. High-visibility initiatives. Strategic projects. Board-facing work.

And still, when the room felt high-stakes, she approached it like she was still earning the right to be there.

She either slipped into support mode. Or overcorrected into force. Neither reflected the leader she actually was.

Earning energy pulls leaders out of steadiness. It pulls you out of steadiness. Owning your leadership is quieter than most people expect.

It sounds like:
“I recommend…”
“Here’s the direction I suggest…”
“Let’s decide.”

Earning energy pulls leaders out of steadiness.

Ready for the Room is where we refine this shift in real time. If you love your work and are ready to lead it without subtle self-doubt running the show, this room is for you.

Most high-achieving women have strong insight. The refinement is in how it’s positioned.

The subtle habit of cushioning language…
“I could be wrong…”
“Just thinking out loud…”
“Maybe we could…” …shifts how your leadership lands.

Positioning shapes perception. And perception shapes advancement. Claiming your recommendation before explaining it changes the energy in the room immediately.

This is one of the core refinements inside Ready for the Room. We practice the shift. You feel the difference. You refine it until it’s natural.

If you’re ready for your leadership to carry the weight it already holds, join us.

As a longtime coach, I’ve watched this profession evolve again and again.

New tools, platforms. And now…AI.

It’s impressive. It’s efficient. It can absolutely support your business.

But coaching has never been about speed. It’s about connection.

Transformation doesn’t happen because someone accessed information. It happens because something shifts between two people in real time.

The pause you hold. The resistance you notice. The deeper question you ask. The presence you bring. That combination isn’t programmable.

And here’s what I believe:
The more technology advances, the more human connection will become valuable.

Clients don’t hire coaches for information. They hire someone who can see them clearly, challenge them appropriately, and hold their vision when they wobble. Surface coaching can be replicated. Embodied, relational coaching cannot.

AI can support your workflow. It cannot replace the human in the room.

At a certain point in your career, competence is established. You’ve proven yourself. You’ve delivered results. You’ve been invited into the room.

And yet…
Some women still enter meetings like they’re earning the seat instead of leading from it.

That doesn’t look dramatic. It looks like over-explaining. Over-contextualizing. Waiting for validation before landing the recommendation.

Here’s the shift:
You are not auditioning anymore. You are contributing at level.

Ready for the Room was built for this exact inflection point.

Not to make you louder. Not to make you sharper. But to align how your leadership is experienced with the level you’re already operating at. If this is your season to stop earning and start owning, join us.
