Most women walk into important meetings asking the wrong question.

Not "do I know my material?" You do. That is rarely where the gap is.

The better question is this: what level am I leading this conversation at? What decision am I influencing? What outcome am I prepared to stand behind?
That shift changes how you walk in. Your tone shifts. Your posture shifts. The way your recommendations land shifts.

Content preparation gets you ready. Positioning preparation makes you the leader in the room.

Try it before your next meeting and notice what changes.

SheFirst is not a workshop.

It is a standard for how women live and lead.

When a woman knows who she is, what she stands for, and how she wants to show up, everything around her shifts. Her leadership. Her relationships. The way she moves through the world.

Those of you who have been inside The Authority Method or Ready for the Room have felt this. You know the work is different. You know something is building.

And it is.

What we are creating inside SheFirst is bigger than any single workshop. It is a home for women who are done waiting to be seen and ready to lead from exactly where they are.

More is coming. So excited.

There are four things that determine how leadership is experienced in real time.

Professionalism. How you show up as a leader, including emotional regulation, boundaries, and credibility under pressure. Presence. How your leadership lands before you speak, through tone, pacing, steadiness, and silence. Preparation. How you enter conversations knowing the decision you are influencing, not just the material you are covering. And Power. How you hold authority by stating recommendations clearly, attaching your name to outcomes, and holding your ground when challenged.

I call them the 4 Ps of Leadership and they are the foundation of everything I teach inside the Coach Approach to Leadership.

Whether you are leading a team, presenting to the board, or navigating a high-stakes conversation, these four things are always at work. The question is whether you are working them intentionally.

The carousel breaks them down. Save this one.

This message came in after I shared something about what I believe great leadership actually looks like.

The best leaders do not just direct. They ask. They listen. They create conditions for the people around them to grow.

Bill wrote back and said he had built an entire successful career in manufacturing sales on exactly this philosophy. And that it works if you work it.

That is the thing about the Coach Approach to Leadership. It is not a theory. It is a practice. And when leaders actually live it, the results show up in the room, in the culture, and in the bottom line.

If you are curious about what it looks like to bring this kind of leadership development into your organization or your own practice, a connection call is the place to start. Link in the comments.

"I have been fortunate to work with the philosophy you mention. The best leaders don`t just direct. They ask, listen, and create conditions for the people around them to grow. I`ve been successful as a Manufacturers Rep because of this. It works if you work it." — Bill
