Comparison doesn’t always sound like “I wish I had their life.”

Sometimes, it sounds like:
“I should be further along.”
“Why was her launch so effortless?”
“How is she doing all that and still making it look easy?”

Even if you don’t say it out loud…

You feel it in your gut.
And the worst part?

You’re not comparing your actual life to theirs.
You’re comparing your real life to their highlight reel.

Here’s what I remind my clients (and myself):
▪You’re not behind.
▪You’re not failing.
▪You’re not too late.

You’re building a life aligned with who you really are
not what the algorithm rewards.

When you focus on what’s yours to build, the comparison fades.
If this hit home for you, share it with someone who needs this reminder too.

The pressure to be perfect is the fastest path to burnout.
And behind that pressure?
It’s not ambition, it’s fear.

Fear of judgment
Fear of disappointing others
Fear of not living up to the image you’ve built

So you over-prepare.
Polish every detail.
Stay two steps ahead because if you get it wrong, what does that say about you?

Here’s the truth no one tells you:
Trying to be perfect keeps you from being powerful.

Next time you feel the pressure rising, swap the question in your head:
From → “How will this make me look?”
To → “What can this teach me?”

That one shift moves you from performance → presence.
And presence is where trust, and real leadership, live.

Which one do you catch yourself asking more often:
“How will this make me look?” or “What can this teach me?”

No one’s telling coaches this, but it’s why you don’t have clients.
You say you want more clients.

But when’s the last time you created a real pathway for someone to become one?

Coaches often wait for leads to fall from the sky, while hiding behind content, Canva, and “working on my website.”

Client creation doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through intentional communication that builds trust and moves people forward.

Here’s a simple tip:
Pick 5 people in your audience who’ve been circling your content but haven’t bought yet.

Reach out.
Start a real conversation.
Ask where they’re at and if they want support, offer a quick coaching call (not a sales call, a service call).

And no, this isn’t about being spammy or chasing.
It’s about showing up as a coach who’s in motion, not waiting for permission.

Why this matters:
Because the more client conversations you create, the more consistent your income becomes.

So many high-achieving women I coach quietly wrestle with this:
They’ve built the life they thought they wanted… yet feel the pressure to keep looking, acting, and performing like a past version of themselves.

But what if evolving isn’t failure?
What if that`s the point?

That’s what I unpack in this month’s BOLD Newsletter, a reflection on change, self-acceptance, and why honoring the woman you’re becoming is one of the bravest moves you can make.

Read it in the comment below.

Success doesn’t tell you the truth.

It whispers: “Keep climbing. Keep proving. Keep performing.”
But what it doesn’t tell you is how lonely it feels at the top.

On Saturday, a group of high-achieving women gathered inside the BOLD AF (Activated & Free) Workshop and they did the real work:

▪️Naming the fears that silence them when they most want to speak up.
▪️Letting go of the habits that make them overthink every word, text, or email.
▪️Stepping into a version of success that feels free, not forced.

Because here’s the truth: the version of you that’s bold, unapologetic, and clear, that’s not a fantasy. She’s been here all along.

And Saturday proved it.

There’s ONE last opportunity this year to experience the BOLD AF Workshop, coming this September. After that, doors close until 2026.

If you’re done watering yourself down to make everyone else comfortable, this is your moment.

Comment BOLD and I’ll DM you the details.
And tag the woman you know who’s ready to stop performing and start leading.

Your breakthrough starts here.
