I`m often asked the question, "How do I become a coach?" 🤔
You want to get a good basis for what coaching is in all of its forms before you get started. You want to have a solid foundation of learning you`ve done, usually through some kind of school, like the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Once you`ve completed the basics and core competencies of coaching, then you can start thinking about what you want to specialize in and/or what type coach you want to be.
From there, you can do specialized trainings and programs depending on what you`ve chosen.
It`s important to remember WHO you want to work with - this will help guide you during this process.

I want to talk to you about how to follow up with potential clients.
People who are interested don`t need a lot of follow-up communication.
They just don`t…if they`re really interested.
Yes, maybe a follow-up call that you`ve already scheduled makes sense if it is going to add value and serve the client.
But they don`t need a lot of:
“Hey, just thinking about you.”
“Just wanted to send you this.”
“Just checking in.”
If they`re interested, they`re going to call you, they know where you are.
