A few days ago I introduced you to Free to Lead. Today I want to go deeper into what we are actually doing in that room on July 24.

Most leadership development teaches strategy, communication, and presence. All of it matters. But if the internal system does not shift, the external results do not stick. And that is exactly where most programs stop short.

Free to Lead goes into the system itself, the one that has been running your decisions, your relationships, your career, and your sense of what is possible for you, often without you even knowing it is there.

In this workshop you will identify the beliefs, labels, rules, and narratives that make up your current operating system and trace exactly where they came from. You will see the direct connection between what is running inside you and the results showing up in your life right now. And you will use the Triangle Method to move from awareness of the old system into a conscious first step toward a new one.

You will leave knowing your interior location, exactly where you are, and your first action toward where you want to go.

This is the work that changes everything else. The women who break through in their careers, their income, and their influence are not the ones who work harder. They are the ones who finally examined the system running underneath the work.

This one stopped me.

Pam came to a session and left with something I did not explicitly teach. An awareness of how deeply the words we use every day, without thinking, are rooted in biases so impactful and so deeply embedded that most of us have never stopped to examine them.

That is the moment I live for as a speaker and a coach. Not when someone learns a new technique. When someone sees something they cannot unsee.

Because once you see it, you get to choose. And choice is where everything changes.
