I’m honored to be recognized as the 2025 ICFLA Chapter Champion.

Leadership isn’t about titles or recognition, it’s about contribution, consistency, and impact over time.

I’m grateful to be part of a community committed to thoughtful leadership, meaningful conversations, and real development.

This recognition reflects the work I care most about: helping leaders think clearly, communicate effectively, and lead in ways that actually work.

The Coach Approach to Leadership starts with intention.
It’s knowing when to pause instead of react.
When to ask instead of assume.
When to create clarity instead of control.

One client came to me as the “fixer” on their leadership team—smart, capable, and completely exhausted.

They carried every decision, smoothed every conflict, and overfunctioned in every meeting.

We shifted how they led conversations.
Fewer answers. Better questions. Clearer asks.

The result?
Meetings became sharper.
The team took ownership.
Leadership stopped bottlenecking through one person.

This approach builds trust, sharper thinking, and real ownership—because people feel invited into the work, not managed through it.

If you’re curious what a coach approach to leadership could look like in your role or organization, you can schedule a 30-minute connection call with me.

The January newsletter is live.

It’s about what happens when life keeps moving… but you don’t feel like you are. When effort isn’t the issue, clarity is. When you’re capable, busy, doing the things and still feel slightly off.

Inside this month’s newsletter, I share why vision matters more than motivation, what quietly drains momentum even for high performers, and a simple way to reconnect to direction without pressure or overwhelm. I’m also sharing a new workbook designed to help you pause, get clear, and move forward with intention.

If you’ve been asking yourself, “What now?” this is for you.

Momentum doesn’t come from pressure.
It comes from commitment.

Commitment creates motivation.
Motivation builds courage.
Courage expands capability.
And confidence is the result, not the starting point.

Most leaders don’t need more urgency.
They need fewer competing priorities and clearer decisions.

When leaders know what matters most, momentum becomes sustainable instead of exhausting.

This is the work beneath the work, clarifying direction so execution actually sticks.
If you’re entering this year wanting progress without burnout, clarity is where it starts.

Before you cross into 2026, pause.

Not to make resolutions.
Not to chase perfection.
Not to overthink another year.

Pause to choose the woman you’re becoming.

2026 isn’t going to change you.
You’re going to change 2026.

This is the year you stop shrinking your voice, carrying everyone else’s emotional labor, and apologizing for your ambition.

It’s the year you speak clearly.
Lead confidently.
Ask for what you want.
Create space for yourself.
Rise without shrinking.

If you want 2026 to feel different than any year before it, book a leadership call, link in comments.
